Qualifications

• 10–15 years experience processing all types of loans.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Experience handling loan documents and HUD-1 Statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents using Onboard platform.
• Order real estate loan documents through bank attorney.
• Fund and upload loans to bank system.
• Review maintenance reports and handle system maintenance.
• Process paid loans and handle branch requests.
• Participate in morning loan reviews.
• Prepare board reports monthly.
