Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with commercial and consumer loan processing and closing packages.
• Gather documents and complete forms and checklists for loan closings.
• Order appraisals and title work and coordinate with title companies.
• Review RESPA and Reg Z disclosures for accuracy prior to closing.
• Perform loan closings or coordinate closings with title companies.
• Complete HMDA forms and supporting data when required.
• Monitor reports and assist with special projects as needed.
• Promote United Bank products and services and foster relationships.
