Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Assist in collecting and verifying financial information from borrowers.
• Work closely with loan officers to maintain loan files and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate loan closings, including scheduling and preparation of required closing documents.
• Ensure all loan files are properly documented and uploaded into the bank’s loan processing system.
• Act as a liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and other departments to facilitate loan transactions.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding loan status and next steps.
• Support reporting, scheduling, and correspondence for the Lending Team.
