Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of banking experience preferred, with loan operations experience desired.
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally in English, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with computer applications and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a sense of urgency to provide the finest of customer service at all times and in all forms of verbal and written communications.
• Image/Upload/Edit new loans and renewals.
• Accurately prepare and process loan documentation for all in-house loans.
• Assign/Remove technical exceptions on new loans and renewals.
• Assist with loan maintenance including payment/advance corrections, late fees, address changes, lender changes, etc.
• Assist with various requests including VOM, payoff quotes, wires, close loan, address changes, lender changes, batch approvals, etc.
• Assist customers and team members regarding loan inquiries and research.
• Setup, review and scan auto-transfers.
• Pull paid loan files and process collateral releases.
• E-Oscar reporting.
• Process and maintain Participations.
• Maintain Loan Control/Loans in Process GLs.
• Maintain and process escrow payments and analysis.
• Perform all other tasks as they relate to the Bank and its functions.
