Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documents for completeness and compliance.
• Enter and update loan data in the processing system.
• Collect and organize borrower documents (credit reports, tax returns, bank statements).
• Communicate with borrowers to request missing documents and clarify discrepancies.
• Ensure documentation complies with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve issues.
• Track loan status and maintain documentation of communications.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about the loan process.
