Job summary

Westlake Financial in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a Dealer Service Representative to support loan origination by reviewing and processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with underwriters, manage data entry, track loan status, and provide exceptional borrower service while maintaining accurate records in our processing system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of loan processing, mortgage lending, or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan application documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Enter and update loan data into the processing system.
• Collect and organize borrower documentation such as credit reports and tax returns.
