Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications for completeness and compliance.
• Enter and update loan data in processing system.
• Collect borrower documentation (credit reports, tax returns, bank statements).
• Communicate with borrowers to obtain missing documents and clarify discrepancies.
• Ensure documentation complies with state and federal regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve issues for loan approval.
• Track loan status and maintain documentation of actions.
