As our Bilingual Loan Assistant, your attention to detail and passion for helping others will play a key role in assisting our Lending Officers and Credit Administration team. In this position, you’ll use your bilingual communication skills to guide customers through the loan process, ensuring each interaction is clear, professional, and personalized.

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you’ll need to be our Bilingual Loan Assistant:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish in written and verba communication.
• Proficient use of a personal computer.
• Three-plus years of banking experience.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

What you’ll do as a Bilingual Loan Assistant:

• Provide exceptional customer service skills and adhere to Mabrey Bank’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
• Process various documents such as credit reports, NADA values, and Certificates of Good Standing.
• Perform administrative duties such as pulling credit reports, completing requests for insurance, and building customer profiles in our system.
• Review and sort necessary documents for loan closings.
