Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC in Agoura Hills, CA seeks a Credit Analyst for on-site underwriting in the Acquisitions unit. You will analyze credit reports, income, and book value to ensure profitable deals and drive process improvements under the Regional Originations Manager.

Responsibilities include dealer/customer interactions, performance tracking, and reporting while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of underwriting including credit report analysis, income calculation, book value calculation, scoring of the buy program
• Investigate potential fraudulent stipulations or applications
• Interact with customers, dealers, and outside entities to disposition deals
• Supervise DSR and track deal performance/ROA
• Generate and distribute reports
• Provide excellent customer service to dealers and sales reps
• Make and receive a large volume of calls
• Manage emails and faxes, inbound and outbound calls
