Job summary

Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Process Specialist to join the Field Operations Department. The role acts as the Deal Champion for loans and ensures timely, accurate processing for loans originated by Lending AVP/VP and Regional Manager.

You will participate in multiple stages of the credit lifecycle and support coordination with Credit Services and external partners. The successful candidate will gather and review loan documentation, input data into the origination system, and facilitate closings

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or general business or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience performing loan processing tasks with due diligence.
• Ability to gather, review, and organize documentation for loan submissions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and organize required loan documents for submission to Credit Services.
• Enter loan data into the loan origination system and serve as point of contact for inquiries.
• Process new and existing loans with due diligence and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Lead processing for real estate, FLCA, PCA, non-traditional, and government loans including title work and funding.
• Support closing, booking, funding by reviewing docs and coordinating filings.
• Provide ongoing member service through servicing requests and monitoring portfolio docs.
• Participate in training, projects, and committee work while upholding security and standards.
