Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking a Loan Portfolio Operations Consultant for a remote, six-month project in the Bay Area finance space. You will own the portfolio operations process for multi-million dollar deals from term sheet receipt through funding and payoff, collaborating with a small team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in loan portfolio management, strong attention to detail, and experience with large loan portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in loan portfolio management, including processing and tracking.
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to read emails and act.
• Experience with large loan portfolios is ideal.
• Experience with Broadridge/Sentry is a plus.

Our client is a Bay Area based specialty finance company with $6B in assets is seeking a Loan Portfolio Operations Consultant for a 6 month project duration on a remote basis. This role will work alongside a team of 4-5 and own the portfolio operations process for assigned multi-million dollar deals for the life of assigned portfolio, from receipt of a signed term sheet through funding and eventual payoff of the loans or other disposition of the investment. This role will review and approve pre-funding documentation for completeness and accuracy, calculate payoffs and create payoff letters.

Requirements

• 5+ years prior experience with loan portfolio management, including loan processing and tracking, monitoring cash, etc. This is not a loan servicing role.
• Must be extremely detailed and organized and able to read an email and know what needs to happen with the deal.
• Experience with large loan sized portfolios is ideal.
• Experience with Broadridge/Sentry a plus.
