Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking a Loan Portfolio Operations Consultant for a six-month remote engagement in the Bay Area. The role will join a team of 4–5 and manage the portfolio operations process for multi-million dollar deals from term sheet to funding and eventual payoff or disposition.

The candidate should have 5+ years of loan portfolio experience, be highly organized, and able to read emails to determine required actions; experience with large portfolios and with Broadridge/Sentry is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan portfolio management experience, including processing and tracking cash flows.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and organized, able to read emails and determine required next steps.
• Experience with large loan portfolios is a plus.
• Experience with Broadridge/Sentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio operations process for assigned multi-million dollar deals from term sheet receipt through funding and payoff or disposition.
• Review and approve pre-funding documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Calculate payoffs and create payoff letters.
