Dunmor, a direct real estate lender serving residential and multifamily investors, builders, and developers, is seeking a Loan Originator in Alabama to source new loan opportunities, cultivate borrower and referral partner relationships, and guide customers through financing options. You will manage an active loan pipeline from initial opportunity through closing while meeting monthly targets.

Aufgaben

Sales and Revenue Generation: Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
Relationship Management and Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
Pipeline and Performance Management: Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
Collaboration and Operational Alignment: Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
Industry Networking and Brand Representation: Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Indicators of Success: Achieves or exceeds monthly origination volume of $2 million or more, maintains a healthy pipeline, builds repeatable relationships, and demonstrates strong deal structuring.
