Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional office experience, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant.
• Knowledge of different loan products including conventional, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, commercial loans.
• NMLS license or training preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check all loan package documents for accuracy and submit discrepancies.
• Coordinate documentation for verifications and underwriting.
• Handle customer inquiries to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide administrative support such as calls, appointments.
• Act as primary contact between clients and company for meetings.
