Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Windows-based software.
2 years of bank experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Operates a PC and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

Uses tickler system for mortgages, insurance, and lien cards.
Files real estate mortgages and extensions accurately.
Follows up with customers for lien cards and title perfection.
Prepares mortgage satisfactions and partial releases and forwards to recorder/title company.
Sends paid notes to customers and purges paid files.
Indexes, boards, and audits portfolio and secondary market loans.
Maintains Fannie Mae portfolio per servicing requirements.
Performs ongoing loan maintenance as requested.
Obtains required loan file information and keeps documentation up to date.
