• Contacts customers to secure lien cards and perfect titles for collateral.
• Prepares mortgage satisfactions and releases and routes to recorder or customer.
• Indexes, boards, and checks back all portfolio and secondary market loans.
• Serves Fannie Mae portfolio following servicing requirements.
• Performs ongoing loan maintenance and documents files regularly.
