You will process loan documents, monitor escrow, support collections, and respond to mortgage inquiries while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• 1 year of loan servicing experience.
• Depemdable with ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Meticulous attention to detail and low error rate.

Responsibilities

• Input Secondary Market Loan participation loans on Core system.
• Daily loan transactions and reporting for Secondary Market.
• Handle mortgage questions and requests via phone and email.
• Support escrow analysis and release of taxes and insurance.
• Backup preparation of subordinations and satisfactions.
