Job summary

Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park, MN seeks an experienced Loan Servicing Specialist II to join our Loan Administration. You will support the origination and servicing of loans, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to laws and regulations.

Reporting to the Loan Servicing Lead, this role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with lenders and external partners to resolve issues and maintain loan records.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Commercial and Consumer loan servicing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and knowledge of loan documentation regulations.

Responsibilities

• File reports including title work, flood certificates, surveys or due diligence and prepare reports or correspondence.
• Monitor compliance tracking to ensure timely lien recording, including insurance and tax.
• Handle internal/external loan-related requests and financial transactions (draws, payments, wires, payoffs, collateral releases).
• Assist lenders, loan administrators, clients and outside agencies by researching discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Maintain E/O/D, non‑accrual and special mention loan accounts.
• Oversee loan participation portfolio, general ledger accounts and related audits/logs.
• Monitor real estate tax and insurance activity, including REO properties, as assigned.
• Track activity for denied/not approved loans as assigned.
