FVCbank in Fairfax, VA seeks a Loan Operations Specialist to provide operational support for Loan Operations; responsibilities include booking all new and changed loans to the core system timely and accurately, and supporting loan servicing.

Candidates should have 1–4 years in banking or loan processing, strong Excel/Word skills, and adaptability to software. Experience with Sageworks or M‑Files is a plus for this role.

Formación

• 1–4 years in banking, loan processing, or financial services.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to write and communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Book all new commercial, consumer, real estate, and mortgage loans to the core system on time and accurately.
• Create collateral and financial ticklers in Sageworks the day after booking.
• Process changes in terms and convert loan statuses as required.
• Maintain accurate data for insurance, taxes, and loan records.
• Support loan servicing and day-to-day loan operations tasks.
