ServisFirst is seeking a Loan Specialist I – Booking to review commercial, consumer and real estate loan documents and book all loan details into the internal system.

You will utilize LaserPro and the Jack Henry interface, ensure compliance with regulations, gather missing documents, and complete bookings within 24–48 hours.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with regions to keep loan pipelines moving smoothly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of related experience.
• Attention to detail in reviewing documents for accuracy.
• Ability to input accurately using a keyboard.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents for completeness, accuracy and adherence to the credit approval.
• Book loans into the loan system within 24-48 hours of receipt using LaserPro to Jack Henry interface.
• Gather missing documents and ensure all required items are collected to complete booking.
• Add collateral and collateral document listings in Jack Henry; fund loan in Jack Henry.
• Prepare general ledger ticket items at booking and clear GL exceptions the next day.
• Disperse collateral documents to the appropriate area for recording or tracking.
• Review reports to ensure accuracy of loan setup and input data into loan systems.
• Follow compliance regulations and policies applicable to the position.
