Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Scans loan documents onto the computer system.
• Prepares checks, statements, and notices from the system.
• Monitors ticklers and assists in loan reports as directed.
• Reviews incoming mail; prepares and mails insurance notices.
• Reviews documents for accuracy; clarifies missing information with sources.
• Tracks collateral insurance on all loan applications.
• Maintains collateral, titles, insurance, and lien releases.
• Processes paid loan files and retains documentation.
• Develops knowledge of loan products to assist customers.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
