Wilson Bank & Trust is seeking a Loan Operations Servicing Specialist I in Lebanon, TN to manage routine loan servicing and account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will support internal and customer servicing requests, verify postings, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues while upholding the company’s values and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• 1 year banking, loan operations, or loan documentation experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of loan servicing concepts preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process routine loan servicing transactions including payments, payoffs, maintenance changes, and general account updates.
• Perform loan account maintenance such as borrower updates, rate changes, maturity extensions, and loan officer reassignments.
• Review loan accounts for accuracy and assist with resolving basic servicing discrepancies.
• Respond to internal and customer inquiries related to loan servicing in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify loan payments are posted accurately and timely to the core system.
