Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, banking, or related field.
• Experience in banking, loan operations, loan servicing, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain consumer and commercial loan records throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Perform loan boarding, renewals, extensions, modifications, and maintenance functions.
• Process loan payoffs, participations, and loan-related adjustments; ensure accuracy and balance.
• Maintain electronic loan files and documentation; support CIP and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor escrow accounts for taxes and insurance; manage collateral documentation and reporting.
• Support credit reporting, general ledger balancing, and daily reconciliations.
• Provide professional customer service regarding loan inquiries and servicing requests.
