Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with origination and servicing tasks.
• Answer customer calls and handle routine inquiries about payoffs and loan details.
• Prepare disbursement worksheets and loan documentation checklists.
• Ensure loan documents and customer data are scanned into the core system promptly.
• Help file liens and ensure compliance with HMDA/CRA requirements.
• Coordinate between loan officers and loan processing department.
