Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 2 years Loan Administration experience.
• Five years banking experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of loan compliance and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and book new and renewed loans to the bank’s system of record with accurate accounting.
• Perform quality control of loan input and maintenance.
• Manage escrow administration and maintain loan records.
• Perfect and maintain the bank’s lien position by filing mortgages, UCCs, and titling.
• Review loan documentation for policy adherence and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with flood insurance requirements and collateral protection.
