National Bank of Arizona is seeking a seasoned Specialty Loan Operations Administrator for our Biltmore Corporate Office in Phoenix. The role supports loan origination, documentation, closings, and post-closing activities in a fast-paced banking environment.

The successful candidate will review financial documents, assist analysts, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations while delivering excellent client service and accurate records across the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in banking, lending operations, commercial loan administration, credit analysis, or related financial services functions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and support lending professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review loan requests for completeness and validate borrower exposure.
• Prepare and maintain loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate loan closings, including signatures and notary services.
• Perform post-closing activities and monitor documentation exceptions.
• Assist Credit Analysts and support underwriting processes.
• Manage appraisal and environmental review processes and required reports.
• Monitor insurance requirements and ensure policy documentation.
• Review financial statements and tax returns to support loan decisions.
• Retrieve and verify entity documentation from regulatory sources.
• Maintain organized, complete loan files throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to streamline processing.
