Job summary

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ banking or customer service experience.
Understanding of lending practices and policies.
Knowledge of loan documentation and lien perfection requirements.
Experience with deposit, loan, and investment systems.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and obtain applicant/borrower and collateral documents for loan processing.
Review credit approvals to determine loan terms and borrower structure.
Review and approve counsel-prepared or internally prepared loan documents.
Structure and review loan documentation and due diligence; communicate with lenders and attorneys to fix discrepancies.
Schedule and facilitate loan closings with customers and stakeholders to close loans timely.
Manage loan funding wires and initial disbursements with appropriate review.
