Job summary

Lakeview Bank in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Senior Loan Administrator to support our Lending team across commercial, agricultural, construction, and consumer loans. You will coordinate loan closings, prepare and review loan documentation, and assist with portfolio administration.

You will serve as a go-to resource for lenders, manage document retention, support regulatory reporting, and mentor other loan administration staff to promote consistency across lending operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lending or loan processing.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and lending compliance.
• Experience with LaserPro and Jack Henry core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process loan documentation, including closing packages, and coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and other third parties
• Process loan bookings, disbursements, renewals, modifications, and payoffs, and maintain collateral, insurance, UCC, and tax records
• Support portfolio administration, including participation loans, construction draws, and escrow analysis
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for borrowers and lenders on servicing questions and documentation requests
• Maintain paid loan files and related documentation in accordance with Bank policies and record retention requirements
• Support regulatory reporting (e.g., HMDA, SBA) and assist with audits and exams
• Mentor and guide other loan administration staff and promote consistency across lending operations

What You'll Do

• Working knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and lending compliance regulations
• Experience with LaserPro and/or Jack Henry core banking systems, construction loan draw processing, and community bank experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
