Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in commercial real estate and loan operations? We are seeking a Senior Loan Administrative Assistant to provide advanced operational support to our lending team. In this role, you will handle complex commercial loan functions—from coordinating closings to reviewing attorney-prepared documentation. As a senior member of the team, you will operate with a high level of independence, solving technical problems and mentoring junior staff to ensure efficiency and compliance across the department.

Essential Functions
  • Loan Operations: Provide advanced administrative support for commercial and commercial real estate (CRE) loans.
  • Documentation & Review: Process and review loan reports and closing materials; demonstrate mastery of attorney-prepared documents for CRE transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lien Perfection: Manage collateral documentation (mortgages, title policies, UCC filings, and vehicle titling) to safeguard the Bank’s security interests and ensure full perfection.
  • Closing Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to facilitate seamless loan closings.
  • Portfolio Maintenance: Request flood determinations and process mortgage satisfactions and partial releases.
  • Problem Solving: Use strong analytical skills to resolve complex documentation and process-related issues independently.
  • Leadership: Serve as a technical resource and mentor, providing training and guidance to less experienced staff members.
