The role handles loan administration tasks, processing conventional and SBA loans, deposits, and related services, coordinating with attorneys, title companies, and partners to ensure timely closings and strong client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prefer 4-year college degree or 5+ years banking experience.
• Loan administration experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Relationship Managers (RM).
• Assist in processing conventional and SBA loans, deposits, and loan renewals.
• Coordinate closing activities and ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Assist clients with account questions and service requests.
• Maintain electronic customer records and onboarding documentation.
