Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Loan Ops Consumer Admin I in Marietta, OH to manage consumer loan bookings, term changes, transfers, and service requests while delivering excellent customer service. The role sits within the Loan Operations team and supports daily reconciliation and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities include balancing to the general ledger, answering inquiries, updating procedures, and participating in special projects. Normal hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• At least one year of banking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Book, check back and reconcile files for real estate, credit line and personal loans.
• Process change in term agreements.
• Balance loans to general ledger daily.
• Answer calls and research questions from internal and external customers.
• Add and check back automatic transfers.
• Complete service requests input through Salesforce service system.
• Develop and update written procedures.
• Review system reports to identify issues on consumer loans.
• Cross train with other positions within Loan Operations.
• Complete special projects as assigned by manager.
