Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an Operations Integrity and Risk Control Analyst to safeguard accuracy, compliance, and data integrity in commercial loan processing. The role involves quality reviews, collateral oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in financial services, including 2 years in Loan Operations, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services, including at least 2 years in Loan Operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, Flood Insurance).
• Experience with commercial loan documentation, collateral, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews: validate completeness, accuracy, and compliance for new loan originations, modifications, and renewals.
• Confirm loan terms against credit approvals and documents.
• Collateral and insurance oversight: ensure perfection, lien priority, insurance coverage; manage exceptions.
• Address complex loan issues requiring policy and process interpretation.
• Support leadership on strategic initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams promptly and professionally.
• Oversee manual fee invoicing for Letters of Credit and unused fees.
• Manage collateral release administration upon loan payoff per standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
