Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Loan Servicing and Quality Assurance Specialist in the Pittsburgh area to perform data input of transactions and quality checks on the core loan system for both consumer and commercial loans.

You will follow policies and procedures, operate within standard office software, and prepare routine communications and reports while ensuring performance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• 1–1.5 years of general experience in loan servicing or QA context is typical.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidance and documentation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data input and quality review for consumer and commercial loans.
• Follow established processes to meet performance standards.
• Prepare routine communications and reports using standard office software.
• Support MS Office documents, databases, and related systems; track time and expenses.
