Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related role.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and work with limited guidance.
• Criminal background & credit check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews across loan operations, including origination, underwriting, document processing, flood, and related activities.
• Test and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes by reviewing documentation, analyzing data, and performing sample checks.
• Identify errors, deficiencies, or control weaknesses and document findings and recommendations.
• Compile and assist with daily and weekly QC reporting.
• Maintain documentation for QC processes, results, and procedural updates.
• Address and follow processes related to credit reporting disputes and out-of-cycle updates to Credit Reporting Agencies.
• Adhere to all corporate and Loan Operations policies and procedures.
• Provide world-class service to internal and external clients with professionalism and urgency.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and manage multiple priorities effectively.
