Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in teller, secretarial, or loan clerk roles or equivalent training.
• Must be able to perform basic math including discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Experience with Windows-based software, bank applications, and email is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process loans using ARTA and prepare documents for loan requests.
• Book loans after closing and post to general ledger; deposit loan proceeds.
• Upload loans to core system and code fields for upload.
• Verify accuracy of documents and scan loan records.
• Provide quality control of scanned documents and prepare UCC documents.
• Pull credit reports and assist with loan deposit programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations.
