Job summary

High Plains Bank is seeking a motivated Relationship Assistant to join our team in Limon. You will partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate loan operations, renewals, and maintenance while ensuring proactive communication and timely processing.

You will drive the loan process, schedule meetings, gather complete customer files, and engage necessary third-party services, supporting post-closing activities and annual reviews. A detailed, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate specialized banking software and systems

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, gather complete customer files, and coordinate third-party services to move loans forward.
• Post-closing check-ins, set up payments, and manage loan files, covenants, and annual review scheduling.
• Coordinate internal operations, such as weekly market packets and tracking maturing loans, with cross-functional teams.
• Connect customers with internal bank specialists for additional products and services.
• Maintain and organize critical loan documentation and drive the loan process with the Relationship Management teams.
