High Plains Bank in Longmont, CO is hiring a Customer Concierge to support loan operations, renewals and maintenance. You will coordinate end-to-end loan administration, gather documents, engage third parties, and ensure timely closings and payments while delivering proactive customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate specialized banking software and systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end loan administration for pipeline loans including gathering paperwork and engaging third parties.
• Schedule and coordinate crucial meetings (kick-off, annual reviews) with customers and Relationship/Portfolio Managers.
• Ensure timely closings, post-closing follow-ups, and proper payment setup.
• Prepare weekly Market Meeting packets and monitor maturing loans.
• Maintain complete customer loan files and coordinate with DocPrep/Booking/Funding to refine workflows.
