First Western Bank seeks a dedicated Loan Operations Assistant to support core systems maintenance and loan boarding, collateral perfection, and documentation processes. The role involves collateral vault filing, UCC tracking, and imaging, ensuring accurate mortgage/account verifications and timely file shipments.

Candidates should have data entry experience, proficiency with Word and Excel, basic accounting skills, and a minimum of two years in Banking/Financial Services.

Additional duties will be assigned based on experience and workflow.

Qualified candidates should have experience in data entry, Word, Excel, basic accounting, a minimum of two years Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
