Job summary

Firstar Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Associate to support loan origination, servicing and maintenance. You will enter data, manage escrow, verify documents, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

The role includes handling inquiries, supporting staff, and backing up peers to maintain smooth operations. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Monitor insurance coverage on loan collateral.

• Respond to credit inquiries and prepare reports.
• Answer inquiries and assist customers to improve service.
• Back-up and assist other loan operations personnel.
