Job summary

First Western Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Assistant to support core systems maintenance, loan boarding, collateral perfection, and collateral vault filing. The role includes UCC tracking, document imaging, processing paid-off loans, and preparing mortgage and account verifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in Banking/Financial Services, data entry skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. A criminal background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Core Systems and loan boarding processes.
• Process loan files and collateral documentation.

• Image/document management and processing of paid-off loans.
• Prepare mortgage/account verifications.

The individual will be responsible for Core Systems Maintenance and loan boarding, collateral perfection, shipments of loan files, collateral vault filing, UCC tracking, document imaging, processing paid-off loans, and preparing mortgage / account verifications. Additional duties will be assigned based on experience and workflow.

Qualified candidates should have experience in data entry, Word, Excel, basic accounting, a minimum of two years Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
