Qualifications

• Mortgage or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop through formal training programs and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Assist Loan Officers handling loan applications and correspondence.
• Review reports to understand the mortgage process from application to closing.
• Support lender relationships with builders and realtors during local campaigns.
• Ensure borrowers can contact the team via phone, email, or chat and receive timely responses.
• Prepare and coordinate loan documents with processors and closers.
