Job summary

KORE MORTGAGE LLC in Minnesota seeks a licensed Loan Officer to evaluate and process loan applications, interview applicants, and assess creditworthiness in a compliant, customer-focused role.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Mortgage Originator License in VA, MD, NC, FL, or DC.
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and loan processing and banking software.
• Knowledge of lending products, practices, underwriting guidelines, and compliance.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment.
