Maxim Lending Corp is seeking a senior loan officer with at least 3 years of mortgage experience to join our high‑performance team. You will manage client relationships, originate loans, and drive production across multiple channels.

You will have access to aggressive pricing, daily live transfers and internet leads, a broad program menu (FHA/VA/conventional), and powerful tools including Calyx Point LOS, Velocify CRM and a pricing engine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience.
• Active NMLS license (multi-state).
• Preferred DRE license (1099) with DFPI option.
• Proof of recent production.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan origination software.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs.

Responsibilities

• Originate loans and manage production across multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to streamline processes.

1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of mortgage experience and a proven track record of success in the industry.
