Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from warm, interested leads
• Follow up with warm leads as needed, with no traditional cold calling
• Speak with prospective borrowers to understand financing needs and determine next steps
• Guide borrowers through the loan application and lending process from initial conversation through closing
• Explain loan options, requirements, documentation, and next steps clearly
• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers throughout the process
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and help keep loans moving toward closing
• Maintain accurate borrower and loan information within internal systems
• Meet individual performance and loan closing goals

You will work primarily with warm, inbound leads, helping prospective borrowers navigate the lending process from initial conversation through closing.

Loan Officer Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads as needed, with no traditional cold calling
• Speak with prospective borrowers to understand their financing needs and determine appropriate next steps
• Guide borrowers through the loan application and lending process from initial conversation through closing
• Explain loan options, requirements, documentation, and next steps clearly
• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers throughout the process

Loan Officer Qualifications

Additional Info

• Starting pay: $20/hr + bonus
• Fully onsite in Lake Mary, FL
• 3–6-month contract with intent to convert
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM -6:00 PM (One Saturday per month is required)
