Job summary

We are seeking a Licensed Loan Officer to join KORE MORTGAGE LLC in Virginia. The role involves evaluating and processing loan applications, interviewing applicants to gather financial information, and determining creditworthiness in line with current lending practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Mortgage Originator License in VA/MD/NC/FL/DC.
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, databases, and loan processing software.
• Knowledge of lending products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment.
