Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a driven Loan Officer to build and manage a referral-based business remotely. You will operate under a P&L umbrella with uncapped commissions and the flexibility to expand your team or work solo while adhering to lending regulations.

Ideal candidates will have an active NMLS/MLO license, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of closing loans. Corporate support is provided for administrative and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Run your mortgage business remotely under Caliver Beach Mortgage on a P&L basis.
• Add team members or operate as an individual loan officer as needed.
• Collaborate with Corporate for administrative, operational and compliance support.

Description:

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage!
• Uncapped commissions!
• Loan products for all borrower types!
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!
• Licensed in 28 states and growing!
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!

Successful Candidate Attributes:

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Loan Officer Requirements:

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
