Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is offering an exciting opportunity to become your own boss and grow your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. You can operate as an individual LO or add to your team, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

We require an active NMLS/MLO license, a strong network of referral partners, a track record of closing 3–5 units per month, and proficiency with relevant software.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
