Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking driven Loan Officers to build and manage their own referral-based business remotely. You will operate under a P&L model with uncapped commissions and the backing of corporate support for admin, operations, and compliance.

Maintain licensing in 28 states and grow your loan portfolio. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing referral networks, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to close 3–5 units per month while staying compliant with

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.

• Proficient with relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Develop and leverage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and Financial Planners.
• Close loans and manage client portfolios with a focus on targets.
• Operate under active state licensing in 28 states and growth.
• Receive admin, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.

Successful Candidate Attributes

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
