Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to operate remotely under the company umbrella. You will build and maintain referral partnerships, manage client databases, and close a consistent volume of loans.

Ideal candidates have an active NMLS license, deep knowledge of lending regulations, and a proven ability to exceed targets. This role offers uncapped commissions and robust corporate support while you grow your own business nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture referral networks to generate loan opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end loan processes with compliance and accuracy.
• Close 3–5 loan units per month and expand your book of business.

• Uncapped commissions!
• Loan products for all borrower types!
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!
• Licensed in 28 states and growing!
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!

Successful Candidate Attributes

Loan Officer Requirements

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
