Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC offers an entrepreneurial opportunity for an experienced Loan Officer to build a personal referral network and run a remote business under our umbrella. You will benefit from uncapped commissions, support from Corporate in operations and compliance, and the ability to license in up to 28 states.

The role requires an active NMLS/MLO license, strong knowledge of lending regulations, and a sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop referral partner relationships with real estate, CPA and financial planning professionals.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing and referrals.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own referral network to generate loan opportunities.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC umbrella.
• Aim to close a consistent volume of loans (3–5 units per month) with compliance and efficiency.

Description:

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage!
• Uncapped commissions!
• Loan products for all borrower types!
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!
• Licensed in 28 states and growing!
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!

Successful Candidate Attributes:

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Loan Officer Requirements:

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
